ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 26 -- United States Patent no. 12,400,353, issued on Aug. 26, was assigned to Magna Electronics Inc. (Auburn Hills, Mich.).

"Vehicular vision system with object detection and identification with adaptive thresholding" was invented by Liang Zhang (Ottawa) and Brijendra Kumar Bharti (Brampton, Canada).
