US Patent Issued to Maduro Discovery on June 17 for "Adjustable length medical devices" (California Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,329,387, issued on June 17, was assigned to Maduro Discovery LLC (Los Gatos, Calif.).

"Adjustable length medical devices" was invented by Brian B. Martin (Santa Cruz, Calif.) and Jason Miller (Los Gatos, Calif.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Medical devices that are adjustable in length while a portion of the device remains positioned within the body and methods of use."

The patent was filed on Feb. 23, 2024, under Application No. 18/585,739.
