"Reservoir device and reservoir array" was invented by Yu-Hsuan Lin (Taichung, Taiwan), Feng-Min Lee (Hsinchu, Taiwan), Ming-Hsiu Lee (Hsinchu, Taiwan) and Yu-Yu Lin (New Taipei, Taiwan).

A gate of the first transistor is coupled to a write word line, a drain of the first transistor is coupled to a write bit line.
