According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A decoupling network for a radio frequency (RF) circuit includes a first decoupling capacitor coupled to a decoupling node of the RF circuit, a second decoupling capacitor coupled to the decoupling node of the RF circuit in parallel with the first decoupling capacitor, and an additional resistance in series with the first decoupling capacitor or the second decoupling capacitor."
