ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,275,961, issued on April 15, was assigned to LOMA LINDA UNIVERSITY (Loma Linda, Calif.).

"Method for utilizing engineered dendritic cells to induce gut-homing regulatory T cells and treat gut inflammation" was invented by Xiaolei Tang (Loma Linda, Calif.), David J. Baylink (Redlands, Calif.), K.-H. William Lau (Redlands, Calif.) and Michael Walter (Loma Linda, Calif.).
