ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 20 -- United States Patent no. 12,531,172, issued on Jan. 20, was assigned to Littelfuse Inc. (Rosemont, Ill.).

"Low resistance, high voltage and resistance stable PPTC material and manufacturing" was invented by Zhiyong Zhou (Shanghai), Jianhua Chen (Sunnyvale, Calif.) and Wei Zheng (Shanghai).
