"Hub remover tool" was invented by Luiz Correa Neto (Framingham, Mass.) and Dave Cabeen (New Market, Iowa).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A tool for removing a hub assembly from a suspension arm of a vehicle may include a hub remover plate, an insert, and a pusher screw assembly. The hub remover plate may comprise a front surface, a rear surface opposite the front surface, an arcuate section extending between the front surface and the rear surface.
