ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,268,787, issued on April 8, was assigned to Lignum Medical Oy (Helsinki).
"Composition for use in the treatment of urinary or faecal incontinence" was invented by Jani Kuula (Espoo, Finland), Eija Raussi-Lehto (Espoo, Finland), Orlando Rojas (Espoo, Finland), Rubina Ajdary (Espoo, Finland) and Tomi Mikkola (Espoo, Finland).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "According to an example aspect of the present invention, there is provided a composition for use in the treatment of urinary or faecal incontinence, the composition comprising a nanostructured cellulosic material."
