ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,459,583, issued on Nov. 4, was assigned to Lightyear IPCo B.V. (Helmond, Netherlands).

"Vehicle with bottom structure for reducing aerodynamic resistance" was invented by Jorden David Steenbeek (Utrecht, Netherlands), Annemiek Jeanine Koers (Nijmegen, Netherlands) and Federico Garcia Lopez (Eindhoven, Netherlands).
