ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,497,515, issued on Dec. 16, was assigned to Life Technologies Corp. (Carlsbad, Calif.).
"Fluorogenic pH-sensitive compounds and their methods of use" was invented by Yi-Zhen Hu (Eugene, Ore.), Aimei Chen (Eugene, Ore.), Daniel Beacham (Eugene, Ore.), Chrisgen Vonnegut (Springfield, Ore.) and Krishnamurthy Nacharaju (Eugene, Ore.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present disclosure provides for compounds of Formula (I),its corresponding compounds of Formula (II)or salts thereof and their use as fluorogenic pH sensors."
