According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A jig for charging and discharging a battery cell includes a plate where a target battery cell is disposed; and a lead-fixing jig which is located in at least one side of the plate and fixes an electrode lead drawn from a battery case by pressing the electrode lead from both sides.
