US Patent Issued to LG Electronics on Sept. 2 for "Dishwasher" (South Korean Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,402,774, issued on Sept. 2, was assigned to LG Electronics Inc. (Seoul, South Korea).

"Dishwasher" was invented by Sung Sik Kim (Seoul, South Korea), Dongho Lee (Seoul, South Korea) and Jongyoung Kim (Seoul, South Korea).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A dishwasher prevents an airflow guide from clattering effectively without an additional member and supports the airflow guide reliably. A lower end surface of a fastening nut is exposed to a wash space. The dishwasher prevents wash water from remaining between the fastening nut and a tub, and prevents the tub and a dry air supply hole from corroding."
