ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,297,586, issued on May 13, was assigned to LG Electronics Inc. (Seoul, South Korea).
"Dryer" was invented by Woosup Shin (Seoul, South Korea), Sungmin Ye (Seoul, South Korea) and Chanwoo Moon (Seoul, South Korea).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present disclosure relates to a dryer. A dryer according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a drum, at least one lifter formed to protrude from an inner peripheral surface of the drum, an anode disposed in the lifter to output a RF signal, and a RF output device configured to output the RF signal. Therefore, it is possible to uniformly dry laundry in the drum."
