ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 26 -- United States Patent no. 12,256,684, issued on March 25, was assigned to LG Electronics Inc. (Seoul, South Korea).
"Plant cultivation apparatus" was invented by Ki Young Lim (Seoul, South Korea) and Tae Yang Lee (Seoul, South Korea).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A plant cultivation apparatus of the present disclosure is proposed. In the plant cultivation apparatus, a machine chamber is configured to be open forward of the cabinet so that indoor air is suctioned and discharged therethrough. Accordingly, even when the plant cultivation apparatus is provided in a specific place in a built-in method, air circulation is smoothly performed."
