ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,382,469, issued on Aug. 5, was assigned to LG Electronics Inc. (Seoul, South Korea).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present disclosure provides a method and an apparatus, wherein a terminal, for which a primary cell and a secondary cell are configured, performs a random access procedure, and a specific BWP on the secondary cell is activated on the basis that DCI received from a base station indicates non-dormancy."
