US Patent Issued to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing on May 6 for "Artificial intelligence accelerator device" (American, Taiwanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,293,229, issued on May 6, was assigned to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (Hsinchu, Taiwan).

"Artificial intelligence accelerator device" was invented by Xiaoyu Sun (San Jose, Calif.), Xiaochen Peng (San Jose, Calif.) and Murat Kerem Akarvardar (Hsinchu, Taiwan).
