ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,361,880, issued on July 15, was assigned to LG DISPLAY Co. LTD. (Seoul, South Korea).

"Light emitting display apparatus with driving transistor formed of an oxide semiconductor" was invented by MinKyung Lee (Paju-si, South Korea), ChangHoon Jeon (Paju-si, South Korea) and Li-Jin Kim (Paju-si, South Korea).
