ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,543,431, issued on Feb. 3, was assigned to LG Display Co. Ltd. (Seoul, South Korea).
"Light emitting display device" was invented by Mi Na Kim (Paju-si, South Korea).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Disclosed is a light emitting display device configured such that the construction of an electron blocking unit located adjacent to an emission layer is differently applied to subpixels having different turn-on voltages, thereby preventing current leakage and reducing power consumption, thereby improving efficiency and visual sensation of the display device."
