ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,253,703, issued on March 18, was assigned to LG Chem Ltd. (Seoul, South Korea).
"Reddening-resistant layer" was invented by Jin Seok Byun (Daejeon, South Korea), Yeong Rae Chang (Daejeon, South Korea), Na Young Shin (Daejeon, South Korea), Jae Hoon Shim (Daejeon, South Korea) and Kyun Il Rah (Daejeon, South Korea).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present application relates to an optical laminate or a reddening-resistant layer. The present application can provide an optical laminate that does not cause a so-called reddening phenomenon even when driven or maintained under extremely harsh conditions (e.g., very high temperature condition...
