ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,461,263, issued on Nov. 4, was assigned to Landmark Graphics Corp. (Houston).

"Graph based multi-survey horizon optimization" was invented by Daniel James Possee (Southampton, Great Britain) and Graham Baines (Abingdon, Great Britain).

The method comprises acquiring a plurality of first traces each corresponding to a respective first trace location.
