ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 20 -- United States Patent no. 12,394,598, issued on Aug. 19, was assigned to Lam Research Corp. (Fremont, Calif.).
"Capacitance measurement without disconnecting from high power circuit" was invented by Sunil Kapoor (Vancouver, Wash.) and Thomas Frederick (West Linn, Ore.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Methods and apparatus for measuring capacitance are disclosed."
The patent was filed on Nov. 28, 2023, under Application No. 18/522,090.
