ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,409,648, issued on Sept. 9, was assigned to LABCYTE INC. (San Jose, Calif.).

"Acoustic droplet ejection of non-newtonian fluids" was invented by Sammy S. Datwani (Pleasanton, Calif.), Carson Riche (Fremont, Calif.), Marsha N. Blauwkamp (Palo Alto, Calif.) and Justin Blonigan (Pleasanton, Calif.).
