ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,296,035, issued on May 13, was assigned to L'OREAL (Paris).
"Composition comprising a particular oxidation dyeing base, at least one particular coupler and at least one fatty substance" was invented by Maxime Paillard-Brunet (Saint-Ouen, France) and Julie Blanc (Saint-Ouen, France).
