ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 4 -- United States Patent no. 12,318,469, issued on June 3, was assigned to L'OREAL (Paris).
"Cosmetic compositions capable of forming a multilayer structure after application to a keratinous material containing a combination of silicone resins" was invented by Jody Ebanks (Clark, N.J.), Hubert Tunchiao Lam (Berkeley Heights, N.J.), Tsang-Min Huang (Scotch Plains, N.J.) and Frances San George (Springfield, N.J.).
