According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A network identifier for identifying a non-public cellular network allowed to be accessed from a user equipment and frequency information indicating a frequency of the non-public cellular network are stored in a SIM. The user equipment performs search processing for the non-public cellular network in accordance with the network identifier and the frequency information stored in the SIM."
