ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,543,329, issued on Feb. 3, was assigned to KYOCERA AVX Components Corp. (Fountain Inn, S.C.).

"High frequency and high power thin-film component" was invented by Cory Nelson (Simpsonville, S.C.) and Gheorghe Korony (Myrtle Beach, S.C.).
