ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 23 -- United States Patent no. 12,368,163, issued on July 22, was assigned to KURARAY Co. LTD. (Kurashiki, Japan).

"Hardly graphitizable carbonaceous material for nonaqueous electrolyte secondary batteries fully charged to be used, method for producing same, negative electrode material for nonaqueous electrolyte secondary batteries, and nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery fully charged to be used" was invented by Junji Fujioka (Kurashiki, Japan), Jun-Sang Cho (Kurashiki, Japan), Taketoshi Okuno (Kurashiki, Japan) and Hideharu Iwasaki (Kurashiki, Japan).
