ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 20 -- United States Patent no. 12,390,839, issued on Aug. 19, was assigned to Kulicke and Soffa Industries Inc. (Fort Washington, Pa.).

"Cleaning systems for wire bonding tools, wire bonding machines including such systems, and related methods" was invented by Peter Klaerner (Corona, Calif.), Jose de Jesus Lozano de Alva (Lake Forest, Calif.), Jason Fu (Long Beach, Calif.) and Masih Mahmoodi (Irvine, Calif.).
