ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,275,701, issued on April 15, was assigned to Kuleon LLC (Seattle).

"Neuroplastogens and non-hallucinogenic serotonin 5-HT2A receptor modulators" was invented by David Gilles (Tacoma, Wash.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Hallucinogenic and non-hallucinogenic serotonin receptor agonists are disclosed herein in addition to methods of making and using the same."

The patent was filed on June 13, 2024, under Application No. 18/741,888.
