US Patent Issued to Korea University Research and Business Foundation on March 18 for "Antifungal composition having excellent antifungal activity even at low temperature" (South Korean Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,250,946, issued on March 18, was assigned to Korea University Research and Business Foundation (Seoul, South Korea).

"Antifungal composition having excellent antifungal activity even at low temperature" was invented by Min Suk Rhee (Seongnam-si, South Korea) and Byung Soo Ko (Seoul, South Korea).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present disclosure relates to an antifungal composition including propylene glycol, caprylic acid, and carvacrol as active ingredients."
