ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 18 -- United States Patent no. 12,325,637, issued on June 10, was assigned to KOREA INSTITUTE OF GEOSCIENCE AND MINERAL RESOURCES (Daejeon, South Korea).

"Max and MXene using vanadium carbide and method for manufacturing same" was invented by Ki-Min Roh (Daejeon, South Korea), Han-Jung Kwon (Jeonju-si, South Korea), Sun-Kyung Kim (Daejeon, South Korea) and Tae-Jun Park (Daejeon, South Korea).
