ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,276,555, issued on April 15, was assigned to Korea Electronics Technology Institute (Seongnam-si, South Korea).

"Conductive yarn pressure sensor with sensing electrodes physically or electrically contacting each other through openings in intermediate layer in reponse to external pressure" was invented by Won Hyo Kim (Yongin-si, South Korea), Woo Kyeong Seong (Seongnam-si, South Korea), Kook Nyung Lee (Seoul, South Korea), Su Mi Yoon (Anyang-si, South Korea), Dong Ki Hong (Pyeongtaek-si, South Korea), Young Joo Kim (Seoul, South Korea) and Hye Lim Kang (Chungcheongbuk-do, South Korea).
