ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 18 -- United States Patent no. 12,473,521, issued on Nov. 18, was assigned to KOREA BASIC SCIENCE INSTITUTE (Daejeon, South Korea) and KOREA UNIVERSITY RESEARCH AND BUSINESS FOUNDATION (Seoul, South Korea).

"Three-dimensional cell culture container" was invented by Jeong Ah Kim (Daejeon, South Korea), Young Hye Kim (Cheongju-si, South Korea), Yeong Jun Yu (Cheongju-si, South Korea), Seok Chung (Seoul, South Korea) and Ji Hun Yang (Incheon, South Korea).
