"Single use dongle vehicle key programming system and method" was invented by Ornis Mala (Buffalo grove, Ill.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A system and method for a single use device for customer vehicle key programming. The device takes the form of a so-called dongle that plugs into the vehicle OBD.
