ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,357,089, issued on July 15, was assigned to Kohler Co. (Kohler, Wis.).

"Apron-front sink" was invented by Shawn J. Booth (Sheboygan, Wis.) and James S. Giefer (Sheboygan, Wis.).
