ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,414,925, issued on Sept. 16, was assigned to Kobayashi Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. (Osaka, Japan).
"External composition" was invented by Daisaku Nagaike (Dalton, Ga.) and Tsuyoshi Igaue (Dalton, Ga.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present disclosure provides an external composition containing lidocaine, a cool feeling agent, and vanillyl butyl ether."
