ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 25 -- United States Patent no. 12,337,035, issued on June 24, was assigned to Kite Pharma Inc. (Santa Monica, Calif.).
"TACI binding molecules" was invented by Jonathan Belk (Grantham, N.H.), Eugene Bolotin (Berkeley, Calif.), Raghavender Chivukula (Hayward, Calif.), Matthew Drever (Concord, Calif.) and Edward Hai Dhow Liao (Petaluma, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Provided are antibodies, fragments thereof, chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) and T cell receptors (TCRs) comprising one or more of the dual TACI-BCMA binding domains disclosed herein. Provided are compositions, cells and cell therapies comprising the same. Further provided are methods of treatment."
