ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 29 -- United States Patent no. 12,208,371, issued on Jan. 28, was assigned to KING SAUD UNIVERSITY (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia).

"Imidazolium ionic liquids made using cardanol extracted from cashew nutshell oil to enhance crude oil recovery in oilfields" was invented by Ayman M. Atta (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia), Hamad A.
