ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,296,564, issued on May 13, was assigned to Kimberly-Clark Worldwide Inc. (Neenah, Wis.).

"Non-stretch bonded strand film elastics" was invented by Davis Dang H. Nhan (Menasha, Wis.), WanDuk Lee (Appleton, Wis.) and Peiguang Zhou (Appleton, Wis.).
