"Topically treated tissue product" was invented by Frederick J. Lang (Neenah, Wis.), Kevin J. Vogt (Neenah, Wis.), Matthew R. Wilson (Oshkosh, Wis.), Christopher L. Satori (Hortonville, Wis.) and Jessica C. Heiting (Appleton, Wis.).
