US Patent Issued to KIDDE TECHNOLOGIES on Oct. 7 for "Dual band infra red optical fire detector" (North Carolina Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 8 -- United States Patent no. 12,437,623, issued on Oct. 7, was assigned to KIDDE TECHNOLOGIES INC. (Wilson, N.C.).

"Dual band infra red optical fire detector" was invented by Scott K. Newlin (Willow Springs, N.C.), Donald G. Kramer (Wake Forest, N.C.), Judy Cherian (Morrisville, N.C.) and Benjamin Codispoti (Raleigh, N.C.).
