"Primula plant named 'KERBELROSA'" was invented by David William Kerley (Over, Great Britain) and Timothy Edward Kerley (Willingham, Great Britain).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A new and distinct cultivar of Primula plant named 'KERBELROSA' is described, characterized by abundant, fully-double rose-colored flowers with a silver rim.
