ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 31 -- United States Patent no. 12,509,582, issued on Dec. 30, was assigned to KCC Silicone Corp. (Seoul, South Korea).
"Silicone emulsion and method for producing same" was invented by Hyun Ju Yu (Gyeonggi-do, South Korea), Ji Hye Lee (Gyeonggi-do, South Korea) and Ji Yoon Park (Gyeonggi-do, South Korea).
