ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,281,114, issued on April 22, was assigned to KALLYOPE INC. (New York).

"NK3 modulators and uses thereof" was invented by Shuwen He (Fanwood, N.J.), Scott B. Joseph (New York), Christopher Moyes (Westfield, N.J.), Tesfaye Biftu (Freehold, N.J.) and Santhosh F. Neelamkavil (Edison, N.J.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present disclosure relates to compounds useful as modulators of neurokinin receptor 3 (NK3) for the treatment of conditions or disorders."

The patent was filed on Aug. 12, 2024, under Application No. 18/800,581.
