US Patent Issued to Juniper Networks on Feb. 18 for "Toolless mounting of electronic devices" (California, New York Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,228,241, issued on Feb. 18, was assigned to Juniper Networks Inc. (Sunnyvale, Calif.).

"Toolless mounting of electronic devices" was invented by Joshua Rosenthal (San Jose, Calif.) and John James Musante (Holtsville, N.Y.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A mounting bracket for mounting an electronic device to the T-bar of a drop ceiling provides for self-locking snap-action securing of the mounting bracket to a flange of the T-bar, suspending the mounting bracket from the T-bar.
