ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,370,084, issued on July 29, was assigned to Johnson & Johnson Surgical Vision Inc. (Irvine, Calif.).

"System and method for effecting water hammer in surgical systems" was invented by Justin Lin (Tustin, Calif.) and Lauren Hickey (Irvine, Calif.).
