According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A taco holder includes a rigid body and a pusher. The body is shaped like a truncated taco shell, including two sides and a bottom corresponding to those of the taco shell. An inside of the body cradles the taco in a lengthwise direction. The body sides include respective sliding slots penetrating the body and arranged in the lengthwise direction.
