ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,312,650, issued on May 27, was assigned to JFE STEEL Corp. (Tokyo).
"Ferritic stainless steel sheet and method for manufacturing the same" was invented by Shuji Nishida (Tokyo), Masataka Yoshino (Tokyo), Fagang Gao (Tokyo) and Hiroshi Yamaguchi (Tokyo).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Attached are a marked-up copy of the originally filed specification and a clean substitute specification in accordance with 37 C.F.R. ** 1.121(b)(3) and 1.125(c). The substitute specification contains no new matter."
