"Multi-positional bar shaped light" was invented by Jennifer Garrett (Rahway, N.J.) and Elie Chemtob (Eatontown, N.J.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A multi-positional bar shaped light assembly includes a rear housing defining an interior and an open front. The housing further has a rear wall defining two identical sets of mounting holes therethrough, one at a midpoint of the housing and a second set at one end of the housing.
