ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,298,639, issued on May 13, was assigned to Japan Display Inc. (Tokyo).

"Display device" was invented by Yoshitaka Ozeki (Tokyo), Gen Koide (Tokyo), Nobutaka Ozaki (Tokyo) and Koshiro Moriguchi (Tokyo).
